Through our captive approach to manufacturing, we aim to optimize our product inventory to meet customer requirements, maintain quality assurance standards, control our supply chain costs and timelines.
This approach also helps us adapt to changing consumer requirements, enabling reductions in time-to-market of newer products. Through our third-party manufacturing facilities, we are able to implement an “asset-light” approach to expansion, which enables us to establish manufacturing presence in new regions with minimal capital expenditure.
